Privacy policy
DarCloud LLC uses the information you submit to prepare junk-removal estimates, review service coverage, respond to questions, and manage booking requests.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, pickup address, ZIP code, item description, access notes, requested service window, and booking status. Our systems also receive basic security and diagnostic information such as IP address, request time, and browser type.
Photos and AI analysis
When you choose a photo, your browser resizes it and removes embedded metadata by redrawing it before submission. The image is analyzed for the quote and stored in private job-photo storage so authorized operators can verify the item list and prepare the crew. Photos are not public, are served only through authenticated operator access, and are removed from active job storage when a booking is completed or cancelled. AI output is advisory and is reviewed when necessary.
How information is used

- Protect the service from abuse and diagnose failures.
Payment information
Stripe hosts the deposit checkout and processes payment credentials under its own privacy terms. DarCloud does not receive or store your full card number. We receive limited transaction information needed to reconcile the deposit with your booking, such as payment status, amount, checkout email, transaction identifiers, and payment time.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that operate the application or process payments, or with crews and specialty providers when needed to evaluate or complete your request. Booking and payment-reconciliation records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for operations, legal obligations, dispute handling, accounting, and security.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion of applicable information by emailing customer service at omarabunadi@darcloud.net or calling (657) 649-7723. Some records may be retained when legally or operationally required.
Security and updates
We use access controls, encryption in transit, rate limits, and restricted administrative access. No system can guarantee absolute security. Material policy changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
