No. It is a planning range based on the information you provide. The exact price is confirmed before loading after the crew verifies volume, access, weight, and restricted materials.
How does the $49 booking deposit work?
The deposit is paid on Stripe’s secure checkout and credited in full toward the final service invoice. It does not turn the planning estimate into a final price or guarantee a time until DarCloud confirms the request. You may request a deposit refund before loading begins by contacting customer service.
Do I need to upload a photo?
No, but a clear photo can improve categorization and preparation. The browser compresses it and strips metadata; the private copy is available only to authorized operators while the request is active.
Is my selected time automatically confirmed?
No. Your preferred date and window are submitted as a request. The status begins as “requested” and changes after a team member confirms crew availability.
What items require special review?
Paint, chemicals, asbestos, propane, fuel, medical waste, certain batteries, and other regulated materials may need a licensed specialty provider. Always list them separately.
