Terms of service
These terms govern use of the DarCloud Junk Removal website and its estimate, booking-request, status, and customer-assistance features.
Planning estimates
Online estimates are non-binding planning ranges based on the details you provide. They are not final prices. A crew member must verify volume, item type, weight, access, and restricted materials before loading and will confirm the exact price.
Booking requests
Choosing a date or arrival window creates a request, not a confirmed appointment. Service is confirmed only after DarCloud reviews the request and communicates acceptance. Availability, service area, and crew assignment are not guaranteed by the website.
Booking deposit and refunds
The website may request a one-time $49 booking deposit through Stripe. The deposit is credited in full toward the final service invoice and is not the final job price. You may request a deposit refund before loading begins by contacting customer service. If DarCloud cannot accept the request, DarCloud will refund the deposit. Refund timing after approval is controlled by the payment network and financial institution.
Your responsibilities
- Provide complete and accurate descriptions, photos, contact details, and access information.
- Disclose hazardous, regulated, unusually heavy, or restricted materials separately.
- Have authority to remove the items and provide lawful access to the pickup location.
- Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or automated activity.
Restricted materials
Paint, chemicals, asbestos, propane, fuel, medical waste, some batteries, and other regulated items may be refused or referred to a licensed specialty provider. Never conceal or mix restricted material with ordinary junk.
AI-assisted features
AI may organize descriptions, categorize photos, or answer general questions. It can be incomplete or mistaken and cannot confirm final pricing, legal requirements, safety, or availability. Human review controls operational decisions.
Limitations
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, DarCloud LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of an estimate or automated response. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
